Cleaning Cup

Follow these simple steps:

1. Place a cleaning tablet in the cleaning cup. Buy cleaning tablets here.
2. Fill two-thirds of the cup with warm water.
3. Place the ear molds in the cleaning cup and let them soak for 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes, remove the ear molds and rinse them with lukewarm water.
5. Allow the ear molds to dry completely before reattaching them to the hearing aid.
6. Remove any remaining cleaning solution from the tube with an air puffer.

General tips for keeping your hearing aid clean

• Clean your hearing aid daily with a soft cloth to remove wax and dirt. Be careful with the microphone and receiver openings to avoid pushing debris into the device.
• Use a wax remover or brush to remove accumulated wax from the parts of the hearing aid.
• Avoid using water, alcohol, or chemical cleaners not designed for hearing aids, as they can damage the electronics.
• Store your hearing aids in a dry, cool place, preferably in a dehumidifier overnight to extend the life of the devices.
• Wash your hands before handling hearing aids to avoid transferring dirt and bacteria to them.
